Hailey Development Group LLC was formed in 1998 with a vision towards bringing to the market its own unique and cutting edge innovation in addition to the highest level of quality craftsmanship, timely execution and fair pricing. Its commercial division focuses on restaurant and hospitality construction, retail construction, Interior build outs and renovations. Hailey Development Group LLC has a full project management and owners representative division; working for the owner as their personal advisor in construction. Its residential division focuses on high-end renovation, custom home additions, new construction and structural remedies. Fully licensed and insured, Hailey services New York City and the Tri-State area along with international capabilities for project management. Owner Richard Petrosa has been in the construction arena all of his life. Following in his family’s footsteps, themselves investors and developers of real estate, Richard took his passion for design, construction and engineering to extraordinary heights when he created Hailey Development Group LLC. Currently, Richard leads his team not only with his vast knowledge of construction and implementation, but also with his skills as a master craftsman. His more than 15 years in the industry, combined with his understanding and appreciation of all phases of construction, have earned Richard large and complex projects throughout the New York and Tri-State area. Richard can be seen on The Rachael Ray Show as their professional consultant for construction.
During its ten years of existence Hailey has found itself engaged in all aspects of residential and commercial construction and project management with many of the construction specialties included. Hailey’s skilled team is comprised of master and journeyman craftsmen, masons, electricians, plumbers, HVAC mechanics and environmental specialists; all of whom take great pride in all that they do. Hailey has completed over 300 projects, and is continuously involved in large and complex projects.
